Blaze Projects delivered an edgy yet functional fit-out for Lennox Pizza & Pasta, creating a welcoming dining space with a hint of industrial flair. Working closely with services engineers, the team navigated complex design challenges, particularly in resolving mechanical exhaust system constraints due to limited ceiling space.
The commercial kitchen was fitted with stainless steel benching, Halton exhaust hoods, coldrooms, cooking equipment and pythons for tap beer and post-mix drinks. The restaurant’s front-of-house featured a custom-designed bar, leather-upholstered dining booths, and oak timber veneer joinery. Handmade wall tiles, a textured feature wall, and carefully curated lighting added depth and warmth to the space. Bold graffiti artwork by a local artist infused personality into the venue, making it a favourite dining destination for locals and tourists alike.
