In 2017 Lismore NSW was completely engulfed by devastating flood waters. Well renowned law firm Slater & Gordons office was situated in the heart of the township and suffered major internal damage. Blaze Projects were engaged to completely strip out the saturated tenancy in order to entirely remove any flood damaged components and rebuild the office back to its former glory. The works included strip out and demolition of all internal floor finishes, joinery, wall linings and electrical and reconstruct the tenancy including new reception area, meeting rooms, open plan workspace, staff kitchen, server room, printer station, glazed offices and staff bathrooms.
