Pipit Restaurant

Well renowned award winning ‘Master Chef’ Ben Devlin engaged Blaze Projects to complete the fit out of his new Pipit Restaurant in Pottsville NSW. Works included construction of a new front and side bar, front of house timber cabinetry, feature ply ceiling and high bench for customers to dine from looking out to the exterior of the building façade. The back of house components comprised of high functioning stainless steel commercial kitchen with barbecue grille and exhaust, under bench fridges, cool room, dry store, epoxy floor coating and stainless steel benching throughout.

Pipit has been quickly recognised as a must-visit restaurant in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. The contemporary interior fit out features an open-plan restaurant designed around a central charcoal pit allowing diners to have an immersive eating experience.
