Meet the team

Blaze Projects is more than a business. It’s a family. Led by Managing Director Brett Stinson, Blaze Projects has a close-knit team of construction professionals who have been handpicked based on their industry experience, work ethic and can-do attitudes. Collectively, the Blaze Projects team has over 50 years of commercial fit-out, refurbishment and new build experience.

Brett Stinson

Managing Director

With over 24 years of industry experience, Brett is a multi-skilled construction professional who has forged an enviable reputation in the delivery of Hotel and Resort Refurbishment, Commercial Workspace, Retail and Hospitality projects. He has successfully delivered a wide range of projects for high caliber clients such as Sofitel, David Jones, Virgin Airlines, Canon, Marriott Hotels, City Beach and Peppers Resorts across Australia and New Zealand. Brett is known for his capacity to work collaboratively with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure design intent and stakeholder expectations are met. This, along with Brett’s ability to manage and lead the delivery process, consistently results in highly successful project outcomes.

Rachna Prasad

Finance Manager

Rachna has worked as a finance professional for the majority of her career and has recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business from the Swinburne University of Technology. Rachna is highly motivated to ensure that our clients are well looked after in all aspects of the project delivery journey.

Jaymie Moxham

Project Manager

Jaymie is a highly experienced project manager who's strengths lay in his technical construction knowledge and his ability to manage all aspects of project delivery. His practical thinking and problem solving skills often result in reduced time and cost without compromising on quality. Jaymie completed his carpentry apprenticeship with a quality Sydney builder who taught him the old school way making him a stand out tradesman on the job site. Bringing his hands on experience to the role of Project Manager, Jaymie is now a highly valuable member of the Blaze Team with an impressive portfolio of successfully delivered commercial fit out, refurbishment and construction projects.

Sally Pordage

Estimator & Contract Administrator

Our Estimator and Contracts Administrator Sally loves nothing better than a good, high end, bespoke fit out or commercial building refurbishment to get her teeth into. With an interior design background and a bunch of experience in hospitality refurbishment projects, Sally has honed her skills to target what she loves doing most in the industry which is delivering projects! She is a results driven individual who thrives on achieving targets, solving problems and seeing client dreams come to life.


Business Development Manager

Grant works to develop new business relationships for Blaze and also as a consultant to the company on business management. He really enjoys connecting with people and putting the right people together to move a project forward. Grant’s background includes starting, building and selling a $5 million Sydney advertising agency, GHA Advertising; and Byron Bay Accom, a $4 million accommodation booking service with 150 of Byron Bay’s top property owners. With a Commerce degree (Marketing Major) from NSW University and qualifications in facilitation, coaching and counseling, Grant is a lifetime learner. He believes people are the core of any business and positive open relationships the bedrock of success.
