Our clients at Montecito Capital recently purchased the Feros Arcade retail building in the heart of Byron Bay NSW. Long in need of a makeover Blaze were engaged to completely facelift and refurbish the iconic precinct including new VJ ceilings, skylights, blackbutt timber and shadow clad shopfronts, elaborate timber courtyard screening, stone French Pattern paving, timber bifold doors to multiple tenancies, tenancy signage, lighting upgrade throughout and two new street facades.
